ND currently has several projects under construction from resort properties in Copper Mountain and Nederland to large single family ranches in Boulder and Weld counties.

Resort Properties

ND's most renown projects; Slopeside at Copper and Copper Pines are nestled within the whispering pines of the gated Lewis Ranch subdivision. Copper Pines offers custom homes and duplexes just steps away from world-class skiing at Copper Mountain while SlopeSide is a unique ski-in, ski-out community.

Featured Projects

ND teamed up with Animal Planet's newest show, Restoration Wild, to renovate an old Flxible bus into an artist retreat. The episode airs November 20th at 9pm.

Commercial Development

More than just a residential development company, ND has built iconic Class-A office and commercial space in the Boulder and Broomfield markets.

Caribou Ridge
