Nassar Development Breaks Ground on Cessna Drive

The uniquely designed and located property is the latest addition to Nassar Development's residential portfolio.

Every once in a while, a unique property arises that allows for the fulfillment of a unique creative vision.  Located in the Erie Airpark, the Cessna Drive property provided that exact opportunity for the principals of Nassar Development to design and build a home grounded in their passion for aviation.  The homesite is adjacent to the Erie Municipal Airport (KEIK) with access to the runways via a private taxiway, and the home includes a 5,000 square foot customizable aircraft hangar.

Nassar Development broke ground on the home, which features a contemporary style with spectacular custom steel work by Flight Fabrication & Iron and design touches inspired by the Mountain West, in the Fall of 2019. The anticipated completion date of the home is Fall 2020.
