Phase Two of Flight Business & Air Park Takes Off

Nassar Development has submitted its initial plans for Phase Two of its highly successful flexible zoned light-industrial, aviation, and commercial business park in Erie, Colorado.

Phase One of Nassar Development's Flight Business & Airpark, an artisan-inspired creative and commercial complex, was completed in 2019 and Nassar Development achieved its vision to create office and manufacturing space to accommodate the next generation of creative businesses.  With flexible zoning approvals and over 100,000 square feet of space, the Flight Park now houses diverse businesses from custom furniture designers and fabricators to cutting edge CBD extraction companies, and has become an epicenter of creative business, aviation and manufacturing in the Town of Erie and Weld County. 

Now, Nassar Development is moving full steam ahead with Phase Two of the development, which will bring an additional 150,000 square feet of flexibly zoned commercial and light-industrial space, with highly customizable units pairing warehouse space with mezzanine offices. Phase Two of the development is located directly adjacent to the thriving Phase One development, and will take full advantage of the infrastructure developed by Nassar Development, including aviation easements for direct taxiway access to the Erie Municipal Airport (KEIK).

Nassar Development has submitted its initial plans for the development to the Town of Erie for review with a vision of breaking ground in late Fall 2020. Those plans seek to add new uses and communal space for current and future tenants and owners.
